1) Optician Teresa did something that made my whole year. She asked me how my new glasses were working, and then made a minor modification to my new frames to help. Up til now, based on 30 years of getting glasses from various places all over the USA, I figured complaining was a waste of time. I just learned something new. 2), Dr Robert didn’t rush the exam, listened, noticed things, and discussed. That’s worth more than the cost IMO.

While in Jackson Hole on vacation, I dropped my prescription sunglasses and the lens popped out. Luckily I found Hole Family Eyecare. I walked in late in the day and the staff was very understanding and kind. The Optician repaired my glasses in 15 minutes and wouldn’t even charge for the service. I don’t know these people at all, but if they treat strangers like this, I’ll bet they really take care of their regular customers. Very impressed!

The best eye clinic in town. I was an international student in the city, on a short summer program, and my eyes started itching and became red due to dry weather and smoke due to some fires. Then I visited this great place where they helped me and treated nicely. I am forever grateful. Thanks!
